Mr. Ouk Kimsan was the founder of CWG and Santana Agro Product Co., Ltd. He is the agriculturalist who graduated Master degree from Tokyo University in 2005. He has substantial experience in agriculture, having worked 12 years for the government in Forestry department and 6 years developed and planted 7,000 hectares of rubber plantation in Preah Vihea Province for a private owned company. Kimsan started his own businesses in 2016 for a better long team future perspective. He has been developing Cashew Nut Processing Factory, Packaging and Exporting them to China and Vietnam. Kimsan has deep knowledge and experience in people management, negotiation, planning and leadership. He is passionate about talking to investors and helping them translate their investment ideas into an official license.

Mr. Chhen Nisaroeun was one of the founders of CWG. He was appointed as General Manager from the conception of the company. He is a man with many hands and heads who can be very flexible in managing different businesses at the same time. He runs and owns trading company, teaches logistic topic at Cambodian Freight Forwarding Association (CAMFFA) and Train the Trainer at Asian Freight. Forwarder Association (AFFA). He is one of the key members of CAMFFA, sharing experience and knowledge with their members. With restructuring, Saroeun was promoted as Director of the Company, continued leading the management team on keys business strategies. Saroeun graduated from Cambodian Mekong University in 2008. He was awarded with 1 month Master Logistics Training course at Mekong Institute of Thailand in 2014.

Mrs. Kak Viraktheary graduated Master degree from French-Vietnamese for Management Center (CFVG: Centre Française – Vietnamesse pour la Gestion) in 2002. She joined CWG in March 2017 as Finance Manager and got promoted to Deputy Director responsible for Administration, Finance, HR and Relationship Manager in 2018. Before joining CWG, Theary was on long service leave after given birth to her own twins and before that she worked for a trading company, International Non-profit organization and United Nation for Development Program (UNDP) in Managerial roles for many years.

Mr. Doeu Kimthoul joined CWG in 2018 as Deputy Director responsible for driving and leading Sales, Marketing and Operation departments. Kimthoul brings an extensive knowledge and experience in customer service and commerce into the Company. Before Joining CWG, Kimthoul worked at Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ), then he ran his own private business on helping investors for investment registrations, permits and licenses. He continues helping and providing consultation in this matter including applying for master list and customs permit for import/export. Kimthoul graduated from National University of Management in 2005 and was employed and trained as 5 stars customer service with Hotel industry for many years.

Mr. Ouk Bunna started working for CWG as Operation Manager from the start of the company. Bunna graduated Master degree from Build Bright University in Finance and Banking in 2009. Bunna is the registered customs clearance broker and is responsible for managing the clearance and trucking teams. Prior to this role, Bunna worked for private owned company selling hardwood furniture for several years, where he managed and ran the whole business.

Mrs. Ly Sokleng graduated from Build Bright University in Finance & Banking in 2011. She started with CWG as Chief Accountant in 2017 and got promoted as Finance Manager in 2018. Sokleng is responsible for managing CWG’s finances, developing budgets that incorporates the strategic decisions, taxations and ensuring the company compliance with Cambodia regulations, Policies and accounting standard. Prior to this role, Sokleng worked for medium size logistic company, bringing the solid knowledge and experience in industry to develop and train her own team at CWG.
